  1. My grandparents were German Mennonites under the Tsar. My people lived in peace for centuries under the Russians. Because in this sense we are identical. Mennonites are pacifists and Russians more militaristic, but on this we agree, one must shun or fight an enemy based reciprocally on how they intend to deal with you.

They want the fastest possible post-fossil economy. They say it's 3-5 years of pain not 20...the truth may be on the middle. But they're doing exactly what they promised voters. Exactly.
