My company has just brought out a mandatory diversity & inclusion elearning, and amongst making massive numbers of people redundant has added a whole new department for diversity and inclusion - £70k+ jobs basically to pontificate. Thing is, I didn't realise the company was that racist before. It obviously fooled a lot of people. And btw I've always hated racists, bullies of any kind. If I saw or heard anyone picking on someone for being black or for any other reason I would defend them. Always have done. I think that's the case for 90% of people.

  2.  @johnAsanz  I've met one or two and needless to say they're not my friends. Not exactly an epidemic of them though thank goodness. There are more common or garden assholes who are just horrible to everyone.
