It probably does have something to do with it - but it doesn’t mean everyone with autism and ADHD is a psycho murderer. The guy is clearly not wired like a normal human.

@gampie13 Not due to autism but autism could be a contributing factor in this particular case. My nephew is autistic and he’s a sweet boy but he exhibits a lack of impulse control, has obsessive behaviours, lashes out physically and struggles in his interactions with other children. I don’t think he will become a serial killer but that doesn’t mean I can’t see how such behaviours could develop given the right circumstances or personality traits. Some commenters are complaining that some are saying it could be a factor and they’re leaping straight to ‘they think all autistic people are violent psychopaths!’ which I’m not seeing at all. They also use ‘me or some person I know didn’t kill anyone so that must mean it’s nothing to do with it’s and personalising this to themselves, taking it as personal criticism. That is also evidence of their own black and white thinking and narcissism which are also common traits in autistic people.

@Fjk2134 They’re NOT exactly the same as everyone else- if they were they wouldn’t have a condition that needed to be diagnosed. It doesn’t mean everyone who is neurologically diverse is a psycho murderer but to try and pretend it couldn’t possibly be a factor in this particular person is dishonest.

@nobullzone8394 Just because your relative isn’t a murderer doesn’t mean autism isn’t a factor in someone else’s murderous actions. Pretending no one with a neurological disorder is capable of bad actions is just as daft as claiming everyone’s are. If can be a contributing factor in some people that’s all. Why is that so hard to accept?

@thebasedspectre3048 No one is ‘blaming you’ - news flash it’s NOT ABOUT YOU. Neurological conditions manifest differently in different people - that’s all.
