  2. Companies over stretched and surfed on greed for too long. They care too much about short term stock prices instead of focussing on solid financials and cautious growth for the long term. This culture maybe needs a big shock to learn the lesson. Until we stop measuring ‘success’ purely on ever increasing profit growth this will continue to happen. This CFO actually did the honourable thing to pay for his failures
