  1. It was like this long before capitalism. Capitalism allowed poorer people to get a bigger slice of the pie and compete- that’s why the establishment doesn’t like it. They like top down state bureaucracy that they can manipulate to stifle competition. Think about it. Globalised corporatism in cahoots with the entrenched bureaucracy and power structures of government is NOT CAPITALISM. It’s the very opposite.
