  1. The reporting of the fruitpicking requirements has been interesting. Hardly any headlines about the tens of thousands who applied, hardly any encouragement to students and bar workers etc that they can step up and play a part, that they're saving the planet, just headlines when a few hundred Romanians are flown in and sneering at Brexiteers and British people, when they fail to mention they have been flown in to train the newbies. In Scotland the jobs have been filled by locals. Many people didn't even know about it. This barely concealed anti British hatred is making me furious.

Seems to me that anyone who voted for Brexit is largely supportive of Boris and the govts response and understands the difficulties of the situation and anyone who is a Remainer or Corbynista is screeching loudly and fully opposed to whatever the govt does, throwing around words like murder, nasty, incompetent, fascist, racist etc. The usual stuff really.
