  1. The problem with our current system is rights of shareholders come before everyone else. Don’t change the overall system, but make a few changes. Example: 1. Share buyback should be illegal 2. Stakeholders such as employees and communities should be represented on boards 3. Make a max CEO to lowest employee ratio into law 4. Only allow dividends after majority of profits go into reinvestment in company and capital. 5. Make outsourcing illegal
