  1. Biden felt obligated to pay back Jim Clyburn. That is the same reason he picked a black woman, just because she was black woman. Then Jim said if you quit, the next person in line is the VP. Biden responded affirmative and there is what you got. Democrats have problem in primaries where blacks have a lot of power and can call the shots. Remember Biden was almost out of running when South Carolina came to his rescue.
