I believe this is ahead of any German. Bravo Lincoln.

There really is no competitor to this vehicle other than its better looking sibling Land Cruiser. This vehicle is built to last 20 years, that is how over built the mechanicals are. It is not built to gimmick features of Germans or Koreans, or Mexican and a Chinese built components of Americans. It is one of a kind to go outdoors. You will not find a vehicle with as high quality and few maintenance issues if you plan on owning 20 years. Otherwise go lease some gimmicky German or Escalade or something. Or if you care about Apple car play or touch screens.

Without a doubt beautiful car. Still, in 1992 I bought a new house in north Atlanta for $120,000. Today I still own that house and rent to my sister. House is worth $450,000. This Caddy will be half the price of its current $150,000 new price in three to four years. Invest in real estate or S&P 500 unless you are a billionaire.
10
Bottom line, this is an absolute winner. Best in segment along with Selluride.

I like this car, and not only do I prefer it over Accord and Camry but even over a 5 series or E class or Audi A5. It is fast and looks good. Won’t lose as much value as those Germans. I still prefer a SUV like a Passport or Grand Cherokee over a sedan but if a sedan is what rocks your boat, it is a good alternative, vs. resale value for Accord And Camry. Should be priced in low 30s.
8
If someone spends near 100,000 for this SUV or Land Cruiser, I really doubt they care about fuel economy 🤣
8
Yes if it is a Tesla because of supercharger network. Electrics are the future, any one who says otherwise is in denial
7
What a great vehicle with a great engine. These naturally aspirated engined vehicles are last of breeds. If you can afford it get. Otherwise soon we only see these engines in trucks. It also looks good. I take it over any German vehicle.
7
This right here is the vehicle I purchase if I won the lottery. It will last for ever and looks great without being pretentious, it is in a class of one. Perfection.
7
I like the looks. I think Honda has a winner on their hand. Naturally aspirated V6 and no CVT. I prefer their Ridgeline transmission and shift lever but this one has a volume knob. Wish it had a tuning knob.
7
So much more watchable at shorter video lengths. You are doing good.
6
It may be the best designed CRV yet. Makes me hopeful about the Pilot.
6
The new Prius looks great but is too low for me. This would be a much better fit. Great vehicle
5
She is 100% right, that head up display plastic is cheap cheap cheap.
5
Chevy mst be kicking themselves for using Blazer name on that front wheel abomination they sell today. This is how you bring a famed name back to life, great job Ford
5
Lincoln has a winner on their hands, hard to believe it is based on weak sauced lifted Focus sorry mean Escape. No it is not worth 50-60k like Lauren says. But for 30-40k a good buy. Lincoln just has to separate showrooms from Ford and cater to luxury buyer.
5
That Caddy XT6 is crying in a corner. This vehicle is a home run. Best luxury three row vehicle in market today.
5
I think another competitor is the GMC Yukon Denali. Same vehicle, but easier to use infotainment, and in some markets the Yukon Denali is old money, vs, Caddy Escalade being associated with new money and bling. Some prefer the old money and old school chrome front of GMC Yukon Denali.
4
Really sexy outside and beautiful engine. Too bad that infotainment ruins it. Still gorgeous.
4
Nice vehicle, but those black buttons on the left side of steering wheel next to trail controller slider and seat controls are so cheap looking, they could have been taken from a Chevy Equinox. Nothing bespoke.
4
Really great trucks. This is how you change your grill, conservative and classy, you listening Chevy? As for the new 7.3 liter gas engine, great new addition, but only time will tell. That 6.2 liter gas option and six speed is one reliable truck. Hopefully the 7.3 and ten speed will be as good. Otherwise the perfect heavy duties, even if interior not as luxurious as RAM.
4
Clearly he doesn’t like it. She does. I think older people don’t get the electric vehicle concept like him.
4
Because not everyone needs a three row SUV.
4
You give it a 5 for design, but there is nothing else on this planet that competes with this vehicle capability and durability wise. Your criteria is messed up because sounds like you prefer newest gimmick feature and ugly grills to classic beauty.
4
That engine and transmission combo makes it a no go. Kind of sad because it’s design is decent inside and out. I guess people buy it because price and all wheel drive, otherwise pass or get it with a better engine if available. Too slow
4
The Tacoma looks great. So sad they lose the V6 for a turbo four. And even a SR5 will be $50,000 out the door with couple options. I rather get the gen six still on dealer lots with the V6. The V6 will last for 300,000milrs easy. This junk turbo four will need major maintenance at 100,000 miles.
4
Test that Mercedes touchpad before buying. It is virtually useless.
4
That color is great. The V6 will be missed.
4
Beautiful vehicle in that blue. Counter to Diesel engine: these are unibody vehicles with low tow rating. If you want to tow get a truck. And Diesel engine is very expensive to repair. Get the gas engine with extended warranty if you fall in love with that shape.
4
It is such an honest vehicle. What you see is what you get. Normal V6 fit for a vehicle of this size(no turbo or hybrids here), normal trans, none of that CVT junk. Functional interior with no gimmicks and knobs and buttons for everything. Nice leather and moonroof. I wish the infotainment screen was a little bigger and they had a normal shift lever instead of buttons and no cylinder deactivation. Otherwise perfect vehicle for interred use.
4
Really an honest small car. I like the hatchback. That is a better engine and transmission than in base Escape and its goofy three cylinder. Really solid entry.
4
Lol your editor got lazy. Some of the interior shots are not for this gen Pilot. It is either from last gen Pilot or Passport.
4
Car coach is a beautiful woman 😍🔥
4
Decent car. I take the base version engine, non-turbo with CVT. I hate CVTs but what can you do? They don't give us what we need at these prices. It is a good piece for people like the old man on this review who babbles on and on.
4
I agree it can be more special. It is pretty medicine cure. Even interior and exterior which is usually a highlight with Italians is mediocre. It seems FCA put more focus on detail work in new arAM longhorn Laramie than their top of the line luxury brand cruiser.
4
Solid review by a pretty woman. I still have to question people that buy this type vehicle for same money as a Honda Passport or Jeep Grand Cherokee. Passport and Jeep are solid and gimmick free with good engines. This smallish thing is all about gimmicks. If that’s your thing go for it, otherwise stay away. Or get a Highlander
4
Those gauges are beyond old. Ridgeline got the half digital round gauge that looks better.
4
Ok I wanted shorter videos but this is too short. Stick to 6-10 minutes.
3
The interior is nice but will look better with different saddle color.
3
No we are NOT in agreement, electrics are future and ICE vehicles are being banned in nY and California soon and rest of country after that.
3
Wow all those air bags make one safe but make vehicles expensive, and if in accident and they get deployed vehicle may as well be considered totaled. Otherwise a great vehicle. I think best SUV in the world period.
3
That is a ringer vehicle. When you go to Jeep dealer 90% of their trims are Laredo and Limited. I would like to see those and how they are trimmed compared to Summit.
3
Finally a video worth watching that is not 30 minutes long. Ceramic coating for that special car is fine. But good coat is expensive. Application by a pro can easily cost 1000. Not worth it for daily driver. The film protection is just trouble. Stay away. IT can hurt the paint. It can tear up. Ultimately for daily drivers just wash through car wash or yourself. Life too short to worry about swirls and scratches. Kind of liberating when it actually has those.
3
You need to talk about ride, not just handling. It is a family vehicle, does it ride soft and compliant? No one cares about great handling for SUVs.
3
Let’s be serious, any one owning this car has a garage with overnight charging and a second car. As a second car for city, this beats any ICE car.
3
The X5 is what 5 series used to be. An executive level vehicle. Even its base engine is perfect (the straight six turbo, in fact I recommend it as the BMW V8s are problematic). While the 5 series has gone downmarket with the 2.0 lawn mower turbos, the X5 has stayed true to BMW roots with superb base engines. The new one is still sporty, beautiful, luxurious, and fast. Probably should still be leased, as should all BMWs, but a fun fantastic luxury SUV nevertheless that is recommended ahead of Porsche or Mercedes mid-sizers.
3
Man those steering wheel buttons are cheap. GM won’t even put real buttons on steering wheel.
3
@joeblack1052 Key point in what you said is "if they know what they are doing". I see many people women that enjoy this just because SUV and have no idea about what to do to put it in 4H or God forbid 4L. They probably will put it in 4H, do a reverse and turn and run into binding and grinding noises, put it back in 2H and never put it back in 4H.
3
Much better looking now. Too bad Hyundai and Kia’s now back to their old bad ways with fires.
3
Tesla destroys all petrol cars even super cars in acceleration tests, they don’t even look at you at intersections because they so scared of Tesla.
