  1. I have a Tacoma. My wife had a 2019 Ridgeline RTL before we just replaced hers with a Pilot. Tacoma is definitely more reliable, in 30,000 miles not a thing go wrong with Tacoma TRD sport 4x4. Ridgeline has had multiple recalls. Hood and truck bed latches. And a big fuel filter recall ton of work needed. Then the latch for back row broke on hers fixed under warranty. One night fan on her engine would not turn off, I had to unplug fuse and replace with new fuse from dealer next day. Oat 55,000 miles six speed automatic started slipping. Dealer recommended replacing trans fluid which fixed it. But made us nervous and a we replaced with Pilot. These new Ridgelines have nine speed transmission which are maybe more reliable but clunky. Tacoma engine is not as nice as Ridgeline which nicely revs when pushed. Ridgeline ride so much nicer than trucky Taco. Ridgeline interior is roomer and nicer, I called it her princess truck. It is not very quiet though. It is a nice vehicle as long as you know what it is, a Pilot with a bed. You can’t off-road it and don’t try to tow.
