  1. Eight speed automatic has a Federal class action lawsuit against it. GM did not even try to put the ten speed in it like Ranger does. I stay away from this no matter what GM SAYS ABOUT IT BEING REDONE. All they do for you when you complain loud enough is give you a synthetic Tran fluid change which won’t help. Get a Tacoma for easy life and stay away from this junk.
