  1. FedEx doesn’t need it as a “hub” for sortation. It will just become part of the West Coast sorting network. FedEx is waaaay over volume capacity and needs the space. Adding 30 more 777’s by end of 2022.

  2. To be clear, FedEx planes only produce revenue when they are in the air. This 757 is not sitting in SAN all day, it comes in from MEM to SAN before departing to TIA. And the same route back to MEM.
