  1. Musk doesn’t get the basic design fit for testing because he forces his companies to cut corners. We shouldn’t call poorly designed rockets as an iterative design philosophy. He was being investigated for these events due to the terrible safety and environmental damage these failures had, not to mention the disruption to flights. Same applies to his self driving cars.
