There is strong evidence that he misled Parliament. This is pretty much fact. This guy is bonkers and part of team Boris, this team don’t care about facts.

@grahamdalbymusic “pretty much” is a turn of expression, it means means almost completely. At the point Boris hadn’t given his “evidence” so I gave him a small benefit of the doubt. It was intentional use of the phrase.
