@milantrajceski8322 well yes it is, because people didn’t take the time to read through what the EU actually do. So now we are out of the EU and all its doing making it harder to get products and skill Labour into the country.

@vincentblack7467 the industry i working is highly paid / highly skilled. There aren’t enough qualified workers to fill vacancies. End of. Companies are now having to consider sponsoring non-nationals or spending a lot more time developing unqualified people (well, skilled people from other parts of industry who are in short supply too). This slows everything down and basically knackers project timelines.
