  3. That’s not what freedom of speech means. You should be able to say anything (except incitement of crime) at any time without fear of oppression by the government. It’s got nothing to do with how it makes someone else feel. You are maybe thinking more about how to pursued people? I agree, your approach can work better in this respect.

  7.  @whitleybayman123  human Rights Act 1998, schedule one article 10 and 11 fulfil a similar function. Not as broad as the US constitution but generally courts have found against the government when this has been pursued. That’s why the right wing press agitate against it and will replace with the revised bill of rights later this year (assuming it goes ahead).
