@2neanderthal602 correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t theft is a crime that carries a maximum of a custodial sentence? Also, sentences are decided by a magistrates or Justices be pending on the severity of the case.

@markriding1267 and that was his job, to prosecute. The defence lawyers were pretty useless. They failed to convince he judge and jury that he was a journalist and therefore protected.

@bobbyg309 that’s a social / political issue rather than a scientific one. Currently what it seems what we assumed about gender is wrong. Now as a society we need to determine what to do with this information.
