  5. Why? It was peaceful, planned with police, and lawful. See, you don’t get arrested if it hits all three of these criteria. The JSO were peaceful, but it wasn’t planned and it wasn’t lawful. The organisers all had various prosecutions and most had outstanding suspended sentences. Finally they were unrepentant and used the court as a pulpit. Not being funny, they brought it on themselves.
