  2.  Not Yet  turtles have better techniques and a loooot more experience. One turtle has the same armor and a better technique with experience and here we have 4 of them against one batman.

  4.  @imgayimgay2724  fight with a stick, swords, sai and nunchucks are already 4 arts(plus different styles). Plus fight without weapons(a lot of styles), throwing shurikens etc is an additional heap of arts. Turtles also fight trained ninjas and rise their experience, and batman fights usual criminals who don't have any special skills in fight
