Russian empire lost from 1 411 804 to 2 254 369 people. Though russia's general staff in 1917 says just about 511 068 and the soviet central statistical office in 1925 says about 626 440. Russia did not collapse on the front, if it's so, name the event when it allegedly happened. It was winning the war. Comunists started the coup(not a revolution, even comunists didn't call it a revolution), took power and then they ordered the troops to retreat and they gave germany all the resources it demanded so the war could go one more additional year. Comunists took power -> comunists ordered the troops to retreat. Not the contrary.

Yes it is that when your country industrializes people move to cities and in cities they have less children, but it's not so if you are a comunist and you simply PROHIBIT PEOPLE TO MOVE FROM THEIR VILLAGES! People were kept in villages by force/law until 60s. You try to talk about comunist times implicating your freedom logic. Comunism isn't a democratic ideology so tendencies based on freedom of people are inapplicable to the system.

  7. russia's industrialization was from 1830 to 1860. Don't feed commie's myth that they allegedly executed industrialization. Russia's industrialization is older than comunism itself. Comunists ruined russia's industry and then they just restored it. Not created.
