NG has no authority or training to do anything with immigrants other then call cbp when they see an immigrant.

And we want to thank you for being low informed, ignorant and easily manipulated by your puppet masters to believe that rhetoric. It helped in the last election.

The law is being followed, learn it. That exception does not apply to any countries south of the US, because it would require a treaty.
1
@mobilusinmobili8321 So you don't have a clue, and you didn't understand my comment, got it. Why is there no ability to use any critical thinking on your part? If Republicans are supporting title 42 and we can not use our title 8 immigration laws to deter immigrants, how do we keep them out?
1
@joannkennedy2932 What law is he breaking what statue number?
1
@desertsky9886 it also says that a treaty is required with that third country showing they can provide a safe haven. We have one with Canada but not any other countries south of the US.
1
@melrosehawkins8294 nice deflection. You clearly don't have any clue wtf you're talking about in any subject. Get out of you misinformation bubble. 4 months later and you ate still fing clueless.
1
Yeah it started under Trump what took you so long?
1
@Wolfiepeou yes and used by Trump and now its time to have it removed as it's no longer needed for its intended use. And Republicans are currently fighting in court to keep it in place permanently.
1
@Wolfiepeou Republicans want to keep title 42 in place. Title 42 suspends all title 8 laws and authority. The Right is using it to once again undermine legal asylum, 8 US code 1158. It also suspends 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border. That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing. All we can do is deport, and many re-cross again with no penalty in place. That causes our apprehension numbers to be inflated and the get away numbers to be inflated.

@garrettguerra7616 spoken like a Trump supporter who has no clue what you created.
1
@garrettguerra7616 You clearly have no fing clue what is going on at the border. We had a 17 year decline in southern border crossings to the lowest point in 50 years, prior to Trump and his failed policies. By 2019 Trumps policies doubled the number of people crossing the southern border to 977,000, a 20 year high. He only saw a reduction for the first 9 months of 2020, before it went back to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and growing ever since. Immigration at the southern border decreased under Obama and he deported more immigrants then any President in history. You have no fing clue what you are talking about, and have never read an immigration law or know the process. your just a loud mouth trying to act as if he's informed and you're not.

You don't have a clue what's going on.

@garrettguerra7616 The border wall was a rally call for the low informed and ignorant who thought Obama was soft on immigration, it was never realistic policy. That is why Republicans did not support it when Trump controlled both houses of congress. The last fiscally responsible act by the GOP.
