@pamgifford2859 It's called being informed and not a puppet for right wing propaganda. I place the blame on the one that created a problem by violating our laws and use facts and evidence to know what is going on, and not just who your media tells you too blame because it fits the narrative you want.

@randallcarver6950 you mean he's violating federal immigration law that's why he's being stopped by the Fed. What part of the constitution is not being followed? Have you ever read an immigration law? Do you know that Trump was violating US immigration law with his policies. Where was the outcry for violating the constitution then?

@romancewiththepast7979 odd that the Supreme Court did not find it unconstitutional. Try again.

@davidcohen7106 what problem do you have with those voting rights being restored for legal non citizens who pay taxes and want to have representation in local elections.

@mcrican182 It's called federal jurisdiction, Immigration and border control is regulated by Congress and enforced by the White House. Abbot even talked about it in the clip, when he was lying about Biden's policies and the false claim of an open border. My comment was in response to someone else stupid comment about Biden stopping Abbots policies, and if that's true it's due to federal jurisdiction of those immigration laws.

@romancewiththepast7979 Jeff sessions is an idiot and has not been AG for a long time. It was under Jeff Sessions and Trump that implemented the zero tolerance policy that violated US immigration law and international treaty. It was that policy that caused unaccompanied minors because it was separating families that crossed the border legally and requested asylum. So they started to increasingly send them unaccompanied.

@romancewiththepast7979 what is causing a humanitarian crisis at the border is Trumps remain in Mexico policy that is forcing asylum seekers who went through check points to wait in Mexico where they ate victims of cartels, traffickers, and other crimes. The Right knowledge if what is going on is laughable.

@romancewiththepast7979 They didn't break the law.

@pamgifford2859 No I've been watching the border issue for several years and not just when your media wants you to be reactionary about a process and laws you have no idea even exist.

@pancakelens75 The third country rule does not apply, we would need to have a treaty with Mexico that guarantees that the could provide a safe haven. We have one with Canada, but not Mexico. That was the ruling of Trump appointed federal judge about 3 years ago. Try again.

@davidcohen7106 What does that bla bla bla nonsense have to do with the question I asked? What does this have to do with voter ID laws? Are you deflecting or unable to think without a Right wing talking head doing it for you?
1
Yes so like I said your claim was BS it was not unconstitutional as SCOTUS ruled. And it's still in place, only new applicants were kept from applying. It's under appeal. Blame Congress for not acting on it and not acting on the funding needed that caused it, I wonder who is having an issue putting it up for a vote?

@romancewiththepast7979 point?

@davidcohen7106 I don't think you could pass an IQ test. No one did anything and you can't prove it you only believe it. Come back to reality

@davidcohen7106 everything about it is racist. There has not been a voter restriction law passed in our country including our constitution that was racist. Remember our constitution called for you to be quite male and a land owner to vote, not citizenship. And you have yet to answer my question as to why you object to the new law. Is it due to racism or tribalistic need to hate anything you are told to hate that the left support.
1
@davidcohen7106 you mean that country that is not the US and has a history of racial unrest. So don't what still dud not answer my question what is it you object to having representation for the taxes they pay while living here legally? Is it due to your racism? Is that why you keep bringing that subject up?

@pamgifford2859 yes just as we did in the 1990's before we had a 17 year decline in border crossings to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump. With in two year Trump doubled that number to 977,000 in 2019. We only had a reduction in border crossings for the first 6 months of 2020 due to covid and title 42, before those border crossing numbers were back to a 20 year record monthly high in October 9f 2020 and the numbers continued to grow into Biden's administration. So yes I'm aware of the historic border crossing numbers in context with what policies and laws are used and working. You are trying to figure it out by using only media that is building a false narrative and giving you none if this information. Do some independent research.

@pamgifford2859 I wouldn't know I would spend any time watching CNN nor would I believe anything from FOX without researching it from both sides. What's your excuse?

@janetegner7244 And who the fing cares what you think. We have laws so I don't have to listen to your ignorance.
