Republicans want to keep title 42 in place. Title 42 suspends all title 8 laws and authority. The Right is using it to once again undermine legal asylum, 8 US code 1158. It also suspends 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border. That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing. All we can do is deport, and many re-cross again with no penalty in place. That causes our apprehension numbers to be inflated and the get away numbers to be inflated....

Explain why out of all the factors that have increased fuel prices, why is the Right lazer focused on the one single factor analysis that had the least effect on fuel prices, and ignoring all other factors that had more impact on high prices? How much oil was being produced out of this non-existant pipeline extension?

@dennisg4053 Did he remove the sanctions again, or are you complaining about the removal of sanctions in 2021 that he put back in place in 2022? Try reading and not narrative building.

@kevinburt6864 I think he is a factor, but an extremely low one considering all others. And I could care less of the oil industry propaganda that the right pedals, like good puppets.

@kevinburt6864 No I'm saying he's one factor out of many others you are ignoring, and while he maybe a factor his effect on prices is going to be barely noticeable compared to any other causes for price increases. Most notably being the lowering of production during covid, before Biden took office. But why chat when you have no interest in any facts that don't agree with the narrative, your puppet masters provided for you.

@kevinburt6864 Can you explain in detail how Biden's policies reduced production of oil? Was it the loss of oil production from the nonexistent pipe line or the canceled leases that had no oil drilling?
