  1. Article 42 is not an immigration law. We already have immigration laws that have penalties for crossing the border legally. Title 42 removes that penalty and they are just deported. That is causing repeat crossing as there is no penalty and thus causing numbers to be inflated. Tilt 42 needs to go. The Right is using Title 42 to undermine our asylum laws that they do not support and causing the very issue they were trying to avoid.

  2. Only a select few are getting phones that are locked so that they can be used for CPB to contact them for their court date for legal asylum. To insure they show up for their court date. THE Right should welcome that as they complain about them not showing up. Can't win with the low informed on the Right.
