  7. I didn't say they did, but they still have a right to make the request and have it denied in the process and not assume they are all invalid before the request is made. This is why we have laws and a process, instead of the Right unilaterally undermining our laws and causing this crisis.

  11.  @tomhamilton9140  that's a stupid analogy. Your home does not have asylum laws or make international treaties on the treatment of asylum seekers. Why not try reading my comment again. I didn't say anything about allowing illegals in. I was pointing out the title 42 is removing any ability to legally penalize border crossers. And it's causing the problem.

  12.  @tomhamilton9140  no it did not. Title 42 only allows use to immediately deport with no charges. They just cross again, as there is no penalty. What Biden policy is that has caused an increase in homelessness under Trump that continues today? I also remember Trump being left with a 666 billion dollar deficit and leaving with a 3.5 trillion dollar deficit, but that's Biden's fault too. Did you want to blame Biden for all the winter storms we are seeing too?
