  2.  @jameswolf5425  Nice word salad. No I've independently researched the process and immigration law for 5 years, while the right wing media and leadership has lied about it. We had a 17 year decline in southern border crossing to the lowest point in 50 year prior to Trump and his policies. Within two years Trumps policies doubled the number of those crossing to 977,000 in 2019 a 20 year high. In 2020 we only had a reduction in crossing for 9 months before going back too a 20 year high in October of 2020. It has remained there and growing ever since. This is about the rights agenda to undermine legal asylum by lying removing context and criminalizing legal asylum with a policy that Homan helped to create. They are using title 42 to continue to bypass legal asylum. Biden is following immigration law, as he is required to do by our constitution. There is no point talking because the Right is willfully ignorant of any facts and don't care.

  6.  @psycobleach46  Title 42 is not a law it is a CDC health policy that is being used to bypass our laws. Our immigration laws in question would be US code 1325,1326 and 1158. That are used to manage immigration and protect our borders. Title 42 keeps us from enforcing our immigration laws. Under title 42 immigrants are quickly sent back over the border with out being penalized, causing repeat crossers as there is no higher penalty in US code 1326. It's also undermine our laws for those requesting asylum in US code 1158. That means our numbers are inflated. Title 42 can be removed by allowing the procedural time requested by the courts or by the appellate court. Congress has already written immigration laws they would not be involved at all.

That policy was reversed In federal court as it violated US law and international treaty. It was created with the help of Homan.
