  10.  @nellosnook4454  Title 42 is a health prevention policy that is being abused to continue undermining legal asylum. While travel at ports of entry are being allowed. It removes penalties in our laws to punish those who are crossing illegally and without those penalties we now have repeat crosses inflating apprehension numbers. This is one more tool the Right is using to ignore and undermine laws they don't like and won't go through Congress to fix.
