  3. The problem was already fixed and that was the reversal of Trumps violations on immigration laws that created a bubble. Once that bubble decreases the numbers will drop again around August.

  4. Trumps policies were in violation of immigration law and they were reversed by federal courts. The bubble created by those violations from Trump stated this surge and it began about 6 months ago if you look at apprehension numbers by month.
