  11.  @Ho-Ten  Joe Biden removed ineffective border polices created by Trump, most were in violation of our asylum law US code 1158. We had a 17-year decline in southern border crossings to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump and his policies. Within two years Trumps policies doubled the number of southern border crossing to 977,000, a 20-year high in 2019. He only saw a reduction for the first 9 months in 2020, before going back to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and growing under those failed policies. If Trumps had effective border policies, why were we already at a 20 year high, several months before Biden took office? Open border is a Right-wing buzz word, for not having a clue what our immigration laws are. You seem a little behind on the news. Remain in Mexico is gone, and it was in violation of US code 1158 section 1125. Biden is following US immigration laws that the Right-wing base is completely ignorant of because your media and leadership lies about it in every report. He is using the same laws that saw a decline in border crossings before Trumps failed policies that violated laws you’ve never read and did nothing but cause a crisis at the border. The Right is extremely low informed and ignorant of the border issue I’d suggest a new media source.

What your saying is you don't care that the Right is violating laws passed by congress 40 years ago with remain in Mexico, because you think it's helping border patrol. You think that Biden is breaking the law because he's not following through with Trumps violations of our INA laws. A Presidents oath of office is to carry out the laws passed by congress, not create unilateral policies that violate our laws and treaty obligations, as Trump did, to carry out a right wing agenda to undermine legal asylum. Right doesn't care about the law if it doesn't fit your narrative. If this is Biden in failing in his constitutional duties as you say, then so has every President before him. A President following our asylum laws to the letter is not a failure of his oath of office. It just means the Right is low informed and ignorant of our laws. Maybe you should get a grasp on reality and learn what is going on. Title 42 is still in place being used to undermine legal asylum as well. With it in place also mean everyone who does not qualify under that title is deported. With it in p[ace also means it removes all penalties for those caught crossing illegally. That mean as soon as we put them back they cross right back over, without stiffer penalties to impose. They keep crossing inflating apprehension numbers and making the problem worse. It is the Right who wants to keep it in place. Title 42 pretty much kills the rest of your false argument.
