@morganmadison366 You have no idea what our immigration laws are you make it up and try and act as if it's fact. It's called lying. It's called 8 US code 1158. You've never read it or o you would know showing up at the border is how it works. Asylum seekers can not use a embassy or consulate to apply for asylum. They have to be on US continental soil to request it. Nothing you said is correct or in any law, your just blabbering and thinking our laws match your false narrative. @morganmadison366 It's been in place for 50 years and was working just fine until the Right attempted to undermine it. As I pointed out in my first comment. Yes the Right has lied about immigration law and just about everything else on the border. We have a process for this and laws for this. Southern border crossing were at the lowest point in 50 years after a 17 year decline before Trump and his failed policies.

@khlz8584 I'm not sure what that even means. We have had immigration laws in place for 40 years. There is no reason for congress to be involved, we already have laws in place that were working. We need Republicans to stop undermining and obstructing those laws and allow them to be enforced.
