  6. The SCOTUS did not rule on the legality of remain in Mexico. A federal Judge in TX ruled that Biden did not follow the correct procedures for the removal of remain in Mexico. The SCOTUS refused to order a stay. Biden took it to the appellate court after following the procedures required in the first ruling. The appeals court refused to end the policy, and Biden is taking it up with Scotus. Remain in Mexico is a violation of US code 1158 section 1225. That has yet to be part of the courts argument, with the court only arguing weather the government has the ability to detain them. An ability that has never before needed to be reached in immigration law.

  7. Not one thing you said was correct. Asylum request have to be made in the continental US you can not make the request from a consulate or embassy. All one has to do is be in the US to make the request, no their claims are not invalid after leaving there country they are fleeing. The Right just makes stuff up to remain even more clueless of laws they have never read.

  9. Trump was violating US federal immigration laws and all the courts did was stop his policies. Biden is following US immigration laws that the Right are ignorant of, so nothing will happen to him.
