It's a talking point from your puppet masters to manipulate you on the law. What you call open borders the law calls US code 1158, that is our asylum law. The oath of a president is to carry out laws passed by congress. Biden is doing that, Trump was violating it by unilaterally trying to undermine immigration laws. I will vote for the party who is following our laws and not playing to the far rig bases hate and using people as a political weapon in their lie to America. Yes all of this is easy to prove.
