  8.  @tracybarhite1764  I have on several occasions in this comment thread, shown exceptions that have been made to the use of title 42. The change you are speaking about was used in the 2021-2022 fiscal apprehension year. It would include immigrants who would be legally processed under title 8. Just as unaccompanied children, and family groups with small children at certain age groups, have had access since the beginning of the Biden administration. Title 42 was scheduled to be removed over a year ago. It is still in place because the right is fighting in courr to keep it in place, beyond it's need. Republicans have openly stated they want to keep it in place to continue to undermine our asylum laws. Their is right wing legislation to keep title 42 in place permanently. The Biden administration is doing what it can to follow title 8, short of ignoring the Right's motion for a stay on the removal of title 42. That will come this May, when the courts use of the administrative procedure act to keep title 42 in place will end. Stop trying to ignore my clear argument by digging at the minutiae, when you wont bother to do the same with the information you take from right wing sources. There are still many who cannot be processed under with our legal deterrent in 8 USC 1325 and 1326, because of title 42. We still do not have a legal deterrent in place for those who do not qualify under current title 8 restrictions due to title 42. It doesn't that we are now allowing those to come in that qualify. The problem is title 42 is allowing those who do not qualify to recross as many times they want. That is why title 42 needs to go.
