  2. Hard to enforce laws when republicans are obstructing and undermining them. Republicans want to keep title 42 in place. Title 42 suspends all title 8 laws and authority. The Right is using it to once again undermine legal asylum, 8 US code 1158. It also suspends 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border. That leaves out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing. All we can do is deport, and many re-cross again with no penalty in place. That causes our apprehension numbers to be inflated and the get away numbers to be inflated....

Remind me how inflation was not created, by over simulating the economy under Trump. Please show me how smart you think you are. I'd love to see you actually prove it to me in detail.
