  13. We are we are defending it against the Rights ignorance. The southern border had a 17 year decline in border crossings to the lowest point in 50 years, before Trump took office. Under Trumps policies that number doubled in two years to 977,000 crossing the border by 2019. They only went down in 2020 due to covid and title 42, before the surge that began 4 months before Biden took office when we saw record numbers in the winter months of 2020. This is a result of Trumps policies destroying the balance we had at the border that was reducing illegal immigration. Biden is following immigration law.

SCOTUS did not rule on the legality of remain in Mexico that denied a stay of the Texas order. That Texas order only said that the Biden administration did not follow the correct procedure in reversing the policy. The policy still violates US law.
