  29. @nospamallowed4890 That is because to request asylum you have to be on US continental soil from a consulate you request refugee there is a deference. The Right wants to package all these immigrant into one little box and claim they are all invalid before they ever get a chance to make a request, that may be for many reason. At that point we ask them we don't just deny everyone and claim they are all economic refugees. That is what the GOP narrative wants. We have laws the need to be allowed to be enforced. The only thing the left is going to allow the right to negotiate for is funding to allow those laws to be carried out. we are not going to shut down the border because the Right is forcing the issue and causing the border to fail.

A federal judge last August stopped Bidens use olf that exception that was in Bidens new policy thst came with the app. That order had a stay placed on it while waiting for an appeal that heard its first arguments the first week of November. Nothing has been reported on the final decision of that appeal.
