  11.  @garthornspike3648  yes title 42 has been misused from the beginning and the cdc had agreed that it serves medical purpose at this point and should have been removed over a year ago. Republicans have clearly stated their desire to keep it in place and use it as another tool for them to undermine legal asylum. And yes it does suspend any legal enforcement at the border allowing border crossers to cross over and over without penalty.
