@dakotatheplumber1287 The lawsuits were filed against the Arizona State Senate. Hobbs was not named as a defendant. But Hobbs, her chief of staff, as well as the Senate Republicans' chief of staff - who oversaw Senate operations - all testified. During the second trial, Hobbs testified she had “lost trust” in Adams, in part because of Adams' emergency leave to care for her son out of state.

@dakotatheplumber1287 That said Hobbs did take some responsibility for her involvement and the courts did rule in favor of the plaintiff. Hobbs I don't believe was part of the fact she was paid less, but Hobbs was one of the many who signed on to have her fired for what seems to be a number of issues that piled on and were not correctly investigated internally.

@stevewesby No I'm talking about people who support violating constitutional rights of Americans who push back against warrantless searches. I'm talking about people who support violating US immigration laws and treaty obligations in the treatment of legal asylum seekers, while they lie and manipulate their low informed base who are clueless in our laws. I'm talking about people who support separating children from legal asylum seekers as a deterrent to the immigrants. I'm talking about people who send asylum seekers to to Dem cities in an attempt to stick it to the left. I'm talking about the clueless and immoral Right wing base. Thanks for asking. Shall I go on?

@dakotatheplumber1287 that's my point that is a complete lie. I've seen the context to that ridiculous claim. Why support someone who lies are in an attempt to draw in the crazies who will believe what the puppet master says when it's clearly wrong. I get the idea of politicians being loose with the truth and cherry picking details, but this crosses the line of integrity. That is more a negative then a candidate that won't push back against monkey sh it throwing candidate.

@35kenon I agree. It was a mistake not to take the debate, but it would turn into a Trump-Clinton debate where all it does is give Lake the sound bites she wants to play in the Right wing bubble, where the right still believe Hobbs was a convicted of racism.
