It allows an immigrant to cross our borders at any point and request asylum. After that they can be paroled or bonded and released until their court hearing.The GOP does not like that lawand call it an open border policy and catch and release. Ther are no missing 85,000 immigrtant children that is a Right wing lie. We know who has the children and who is protecting them.
