Unaccompanied minors have to be transported within 72 hours, Overcrowding has caused a need to transport to CBP on the northern border for processing, Those being deported have to be moved to other sector on the border to be deported, due to Mexican laws created in the face of Trumps policies. Those who claim asylum and have been granted access or won there claim are transported to their final destination. US code 1325 makes crossing the border for the first offense a federal misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty. If they are requesting asylum, there is no penalty and where they cross has no bearing on their asylum case. That is US code 1158. And that would be the law the Right needs to learn. The law that Trump violated with his zero tolerance policy that criminalized legal asylum. The have omitted, ignored, lied, removed context of our asylum laws to fit a Right wing agenda. Biden is following the law.

@markr1550 Where is the evidence that those laws are not being followed. We also have asylum laws that the Right want to ignore ands violate to fit their agenda. Biden is following those laws. Title 42 is being followed. Was Trump and every other President before him violating the Secure Fence act? The Right needs to learn our laws.

@markr1550 We had a 17 year decline in southern border crossing to the lowest point in 50 years, before Trump and his policies. Within two years Trumps policies doubled the number of southern border crossings to 977,000 in 2019. 2020 only saw a reduction in the first 9 months due to covid, before going back to a 20 year high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and growing ever since. Biden is following the same laws that were working prior to Trumps dismantling of a process that was working before him. Does this sound like Trump was in violation of securing our borders too? Because there is nothing in Trumps wall rhetoric that comes close to what was supported in the 2006 act and there sure was no violation of it under Biden.

Maybe you could figure out what's going on and see how it's your ignorance that has allowed this to happen and maybe you can take them in along with the homeless created under Trump and a few separated children he snatched from parents, under your support for Trumps policies.
