It's clear in the law 8 usc 1158 and clear in treaty article 31 of the Geneva Convention and confirmed in federal court East Bay Sanctuary VS Trump. The first safe country rule only applies to the US and Canada in this hemisphere. A federal judge appointed by Trump stopped his use of that exception 5 years ago. Another Federal judge stopped Bidens use of that exception last summer. It's currently being appealed. That exception also is embedded in title 8 usc 1158 and would have been suspended from 2020- to mid 2023 under title 42. That's the end of the talking points the Right have fed you. Anything else to prove the Right is lying and Biden is following federal immigration laws?
