There was no need for an executive order to stop Trumps border wall construction. As Trump was using misappropriated funds, because the funding was not authorized by congress . The wall was a rally call for the low informed Right wing base and not a realistic policy. That is why he could not get fiscally responsible conservatives to support it, when he held majorities in both houses of congress. If Trumps policies were working then why were his border numbers at record levels before Biden took office? Biden is following federal immigration law written by congress that is his constitutional duty. The Right has been unilaterally undermining our immigration laws for five years causing this crisis.
