  5. No this is how our laws work learn them. It's called asylum. 8 US code 1158. Under the Dems and RINO's (is how it's spelled my low informed friend not like the animal), they followed immigration laws that saw a 17 year decline in southern border crossings to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump. After Trump created his policies, within a year he doubled the number of people crossing to 977,000 in 2019 a 20 year high. It was only reduced for the first nine months of 2020 before going back to a monthly high in October 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and growing ever since under Trumps policy. Biden is following the same laws that were working prior to Trumps dismantling of a process that was working. He first has to deal with the refugee crisis that Trump created and allowed to bottle neck at the border.
