  6.  @garykain4448  Yes it has after five years of undermining legal asylum creating a back log that overwhelmed border patrol and continues to long after it's no longer in use. The only difference is now they are processed under title 8.

Did Trumps zero tolerance policy (that was in violation of the law) that was snatching children from legal asylum seekers and charging them with a crime, increasing the number of unaccompanied children make things better or worse. Did Remain in Mexico that forced asylum seekers to wait where cartels and traffickers had easy access to them, increasing the number of immigrants crossing between check points make matters better or worse. Did title 42 that removed the legal deterrent and remove the ability to request asylum causing more to cross between check points make things better or worse. Was our southern border better or worse before Trumps hardline policies that were in violation of US law and unilaterally undermining legal asylum. A decade of declining border crossing before Trump and in two years under him record levels that reached into the next administration.

That shows in the Rights continued support for Trumps immoral policies and the ones of GOP governors that prey on immigrants to pander to the hate on the Right.
