Obama's last fiscal year budget would have been for 10/01/16 to 09/30/17 and that was the year border crossing were at 416k, the lowest point in 50 years after an 11 year decline. The follow year under Trumps first full year and after his budget, border crossing increated to just over 500K. Trump created his border policies in August of 2018.
