  11.  @ANon-ip9jh  bullshit. You know how I know a fact it was suspending title 8 authority, because they were being processed under title 42. And yes their were obviously some processed under title 8 1325 who were caught and charged under other crimes and after Biden took office unaccompanied children were processed under asylum in title 8 1158, but title 42 still placed the majority in expedited removal. And caused multiple returns that would have resulted in stiffer penalties if title 42 were not being used to undermine asylum, and all were processedunder title 8.
