I know far more then any parrot in the Right wing base. There are no republicans who opposed tile 42, you have no clue what you are talking about. Title 42 was forced in place by Steve Miller and the appointees placed in the CDC. No medial member of the CDC agreed to it's use. Once the need for it was gone. Republicans pushed in federal court to keep it in place longer, others in the GOP wrote new legislation to keep it in place. There were only a few Democrats in southern states that wanted to keep it longer for the same reasons as republicans to stop the flow of immigrants, but it was not doing anything to stop immigrants.

The Senator claims to have evidence but does not provide it here and has asked for a response of a letter and shows that he is following the rules and then says the senator is misrepresenting the facts. It's in this administrations border policy that was created at the end of title 42. It's being argued in appellant court.
