  7.  @CN45475  they do not because no country south of the US qualify under our laws or in international treaty as a safe haven for asylum seekers. And it would require a treaty between the US and that country for that exception to be used. We are the first safe country.

  8.  @CN45475  no Mexico never has before and still does not. Even a federal judge that Trump appointed stopped the use of that exception when Trump tried to use it.
