It was being used on asylum seekers who used a port of entry. And forced those who passed creditable fear interview to remain in Mexico when they are to remain in the US, by our laws. It is the reason for the increase of border crossings between check points and the number of unaccompanied minors crossing the border. If you think you can explain border law and policy in 5 words, then you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Context is not the friend of the Right. Remain in Mexico has nothing to do with title 42, they are separate policies.
