@drummerdoingstuff5020 that would depend on the issue. I don't think either administration is worth supporting, but anything is better than Trump. I can't think of much that Trump accomplished that make up for his huge failures.

You believe we have a dictatorship and failed policies from Trump all of a sudden stop and are due to who is in the white house and don't carry over. What policies caused inflation, I couldn't not careless who is in the Whitehouse now. Whoes failed policies created inflation. Every economist said Trumps stimulus spending was going to increase inflation and we excepted that out come, knowing we needed the socialist spending to get out of the pandemic and now the Right wants to play stupid and forget as per usual how bad the Right has always been on creating high deficits to balloon the debt then blame it on the next administration. Not to mention the fact the Right wants to ignore global inflation caused by covid.

@drummerdoingstuff5020 Trump and Republicans spent like drunken socialist and took a 667 billion dollar deficit left by Obama and doubled the deficit in two years prior to covid. After covid he doubled the deficit again to 2.8 trillion. That as every economist claimed at the time was going to increase inflation and it did. Southern border crossing were in decline for over a decade to the lowest point prior to Trump and his polices. By 2019 Trumps policies doubled the number of people crossing the southern border to an eleven year high. His failed policies and Title 42 continued into Bidens administration causing the border crisis.

Funny how every negative aspect of Trumps economic failures is on the democrats. Yes his response to covid was slow and cost many lives.

@chrislepera6541 Half of the money was spent by Trump before covid when he doubled the deficit in his first two years when he he went from the 667 billion dollar deficit to a 1.2 trillion dollar deficit. And then he spent and doubled it again after covid to 2.8 trillion. And all the Right wants to do is talk about the Democrats or the states. Stop lying so much.

The legislation, which combines $900 billion in COVID-19 aid with government funding through September 2021, was passed by large majorities in both chambers of Congress on Dec. 21 — only to see Trump blindside legislators the next day and blast the bill. But on Tuesday, Trump blasted the legislation, calling it a "disgrace." He criticized Congress for not providing more in direct payments to Americans, suggesting the amount should increase to up to $2,000 per qualifying individual and $4,000 for couples. That's despite the fact that it was members of Trump's own party who had rejected proposals for higher payments during negotiations. Context escapes you. Just like Bush did to Obama. Fuscal year end is Oct to Sept, the first year of a presidential is under the last Presidential yearly budget. The Right only complains about deficits when Democrats get the WH. Economist said that stimulus spending under Trump would increase future inflation and we excepted that. Now the Right are deficit hawks again. Biden part in deficit increases was already being conceeded by me, I wasn't tryin1g to hide it or deny it.

@mattsmith1957 Title 42 suspended title 8 laws and authority used to deter and penalize illegal border crossing. The Right was using it to undermine legal asylum under 8 US code 1158. It also suspended 8 US code 1325; the misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty for crossing the border illegally. And 8 US code 1326; stiffer penalties for crossing the border after deportation That left out any legal penalty or deterrent for those crossing and stopped legal asylum, with few exceptions under title 42. Makes it difficult to enforce immigration laws when Republicans are fighting in court to undermine our legal enforcement. With title 42 suspending enforcement many immigrants re-crossed multiple times causing apprehension numbers to be inflated. The current rate of multiple returns was about 40% of border crossers. We had a 11 year decline in southern border crossing to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump and his polices. By 2019 Trumps policies doubled the number of people crossing the southern border to 977,000. He only saw a reduction for the first 9 months of 2020 due to covid, before it went back to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year high and increasing ever since under Trumps failed policies and Title 42.
